I am a Chilean Psychologist and Registered Counsellor (Provisional NZAC) in New Zealand. I provide counselling for Spanish and English speakers who are seeking emotional support.
I help manage stress, anxiety, migration challenges, cultural adjustment, and self-esteem issues. I provide you a safe and confidential space to talk.

I often use a Postrationalist Framework. Together, we explore what brought you to counselling and how your beliefs and interpretations shape your experience. I focus on developing emotional vocabulary through collaborative work.
My approach includes reflective questions, homework assignments for clients, and practical strategies to help you manage emotions and support positive change at your own pace.
Our sessions provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I believe in the therapeutic power of the relationship we build together as partners in your healing journey.
